Who we share it with

• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payments, billing, tax, invoicing and refunds.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the site and our database.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where needed.
• Authorities — where required by law.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period after, then delete or anonymise it. Transaction records are kept for legal and accounting periods required by law.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We aim to respond within one month.
